Our Jira Service Desk email notifications recently changed. When a new ticket was created, it used to send an email notification with "[JIRA]" in the subject heading. Now it does not and only says the ticket number.
Members of our team have specific Outlook rules set up based on the [JIRA] header so I'm wondering if this is a permanent change?
Hi @Alex Stoffel , you can change your mail subjects in "Your SD Project -> Project Settings -> Customer notifications -> Edit templates -> Subject.
Here you can add the [JIRA] tag before te variable ${issue.key}
This should do the work.
