First a little background.
Running JSD on latest debian etc etc with modproxy on a different server in the front
Trying to connect to an Exchange server using IMAPS
Have imported my key:
/opt/atlassian/servicedesk/jre/bin/keytool -list -keystore /opt/atlassian/servicedesk/jre/lib/security/cacerts
mail.domain.net.nz, 23/07/2018, trustedCertEntry,
Certificate fingerprint (SHA1): E1:E2:D8:...... (etc)
under system->SSL I can see the key in "Existing certificates"
Trying an IMAPS connection:
018-07-23 14:55:21,721 http-nio-8086-exec-6 ERROR paul 895x309x1 1rfn5lu 100.255.255.1,10.255.255.20 /secure/admin/VerifyPopServerConnection!add.jspa [c.a.j.p.mail.webwork.VerifyMailServer] Unable to connect to the server at mail.domain.net.nz due to the following exception: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
Running Exchange 2016
The front end give me the error:
SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
