Jira hand writing support on iPad

Hello, 

How do I make the area for 'Type a comment...' on an iPad bigger so I can handwrite notes with an Apple pencil?

The area is only 2 lines tall and I don't see how I can drag it bigger...

I am interested in the same option- write with samsung pen or finger, handwritten JIRA SD comment on android system... I mean browser (desktop wiev)
