For people that use confluence KB articles in their responses to JiraSD issues, how are you measuring how many times a KB article is used in a solution? Is that doable?

JIRA Service Desk comes with 2 out of the box reports for this:

  • Article usage (number of article views and problems solved by articles)
  • Article effectiveness (problems solved by articles and requests created)
