Hi there,
In our company's Jira service desk, the ticket will not reopen upon customer comment if the ticket is resolved but not closed.
Looking for a JQL query to find tickets was last commented by the reporter.
Thanks,
Rex
Hi @Rex N
JQL search extensions has many JQL keywords for issues comments stack filtering.
I am also using this plugin though it wont give you exactly for Reporter however if you have
the name of the reporter, it apparently does have function( CommentLastUpdatedBy)
atleast to populate issues last updated by the respective user.
I would suggest you can explore a lot more as I had done using here
Cheers,
Pankaj Sharma
Hello @Rex N
Out of the box it's not supported ot query the last commented upton ticket by a specific reporter, but using the paid plugins it's possible

Hi @Rex N
If you have access to automation you can add one to add a label that you can filter by. When answering you would need to remove the label though.
Optionally through automation you could configure a transition to be done.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Radu
