Hello, I have a Jira Service Management associated with a certain domain.
Now, our company has changed its name and domain, and we want to continue our JSM projects with the new domain. After we have verified the new domains, can we move all projects from the first domain to the new?
Hi @Xabi Palmer ,
if what you need is to have a new site URL, for instance moving from company1.atlassian.net to company2.atlassian.net, this can be done with a support request : http://getsupport.atlassian.com/
You actually can't do this on your own, as changing organisations will not impact the URL of your site.
If you only need to move from an organisation to a new one, you can do this by following this documentation : https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/transfer-products-to-another-organization-967318518.html#:~:text=Log%20in%20to%20admin.atlassian,before%20you%20confirm%20the%20transfer.
Let me know if this helps,
--Alexis
Thanks Alexis, yes, we only want to change the url. We'll open a support request
Best regards
