We work with several suppliers who use Jira's service desk to manage tickets from us with regards to their service.
Ideally i want all tickets, from multiple customer service desk accounts to feed into 1 slack channel, as well as the updates on these tickets. I'm trying to figure out in this flow, who needs to do what and if it's even possible.
Please help...
