Need to MASK custom text fields

Is it possible to mask custom text fields within Jira Service Desk?

We have pii info in some fields and would like to mask that information.

Hi Toby,

You might want to take a look at our PII Protector for Jira app.

It's aimed at masking PII and has excessive configuration, including masking inside custom text fields. Hopefully it will work for you. Please drop any questions or requests for features to our support.
