×I am implementing Jira ITSM as new issue and change ticketing system (support) I need to learn how to track time in the application and then pull reports.

First, I'd suggest learning about time tracking, then configuring time tracking in your Jira instance if it isn't yet: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-time-tracking/
After your team has tracked time on issues, go to your Jira project, then click Reports, then look at the Time Tracking report to summarize that data.
