No password input field for customer authorization in Safari

Alexander2010 August 19, 2020

Hello!

My clients use not only Chrome but also the Safari browser. When they try to enter the Service Desk, they cannot log in, because the password field simply does not appear (it appears for a second and disappears).

Does anyone know a solution to the problem?

Hello @Alexander2010,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

The issue that your clients are facing is a known bug. It happens when trying to add a saved password.

Testing on my local site, I was able to replicate the issue only if I tried to log in using the saved password. If I go to the portal again, add the email and type the password, it works normally.

Please, click on "This affects my team" and also watch it so that you are notified when this is fixed in a future release.

Regards,
Angélica
