Not able set as "Done" or "Delete" my own ticket

Hi guys,

I've created a ticket for a bug in our bug tracking system. However, after being done with the ticket, I am not able to delete or set as done the ticket.


It's weird, because I don't have problems like that with all other tickets.

 

I am also Site Admin, so technically I should have the permissions to do the update.Screen Shot 2020-07-16 at 12.50.34 PM.png

 

Can someone help me out? Might be something I missing!

Hi, What the error message is conveying to you is that according to the workflow for the Bug issue type you do not have the correct permissions. 

The permissions in that workflow does not allow you the agent to advance the issue in the workflow. Check workflow for that specific issue type and look at the transition from In progress out to the next status--it could be constrained by Project role.
