On JiraService Desk Customer portal, User picker custom field dropdown is not working for Customers. Can anyone advise?

Hi!

Are you talking about issue 'creation' on portal?

What exactly does the Customer see instead of a drop-down list?

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

got same issue, customers see textfield and not the list with options what a user picker should show. with admin rights I see the full list.
