Personalize the waiting line

Hi,

I would like to know if it Is possible to personalize the waiting line by adding field as "creation date" so the costumer can sort the request by date.

Currently that is not possible. Please vote for JSDSERVER-1106.

That's already captured in the requests automatically, and can then be used in the SLA/Queue definition.
