Hi All,
what is the best solution if i want to use PBI for my Jira Service Desk?
Regards,
Marco
Hello @Marco Andreini
You can try our Power BI Connector for Jira
It supports a wide range of Jira data configuration to export any field you need (Jira tables and fields, including Custom fields, History, Jira Service Desk, Tempo Timesheets, Tempo Planner, Portfolio for Jira, Agile, and others).
We tried to make this plugin intuitively customizable and user-friendly, so really hope you will be satisfied!
We use AIO Power BI Connector: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219072/aio-power-bi-connector-for-jira
Works really well.

Hello Marco,
In PowerBi you can directly be connected to Jira itself. Or if you are in jira server self hosted you can connect powerbi to the DB or use the API REST.
