Heya,
we have a problem with the Mail filter from our Customer.
I got this information from the Customer:
"Identified by DLP check. Header matches ^(From|Sender):.*@Customer\.com"
If we Receive a Ticket without a CC User its all fine.
If the Customer sends a Mail with a CC, ServiceDesk sends a Mail that has the Sender as Name in the Mail Header.
e.G. JohnDoe Sends a Mail to ServiceDesk an also CC to BossDoe, the mail looks like:
JohnDoe <helpdesk@myTLD.de>
But we need it as:
Helpdesk <Helpdesk@myTLD.de>
Is there a fix for this Issue?

Did you check the customer Notification in the project and make it reporter only ?
