Is there any way to access the Customer fields (e.g. Manager, Department, Email, etc.) from within an Issue? For example, I want to see a list of all issues submitted by a specific department in one view, and then by a specific location in another.

to my knowledge there is nothing available out of the box, you could check Marketplace, though:

From your description it suggests you could be looking into some kind of CRM solution - you could also look in Marketplace if a solution like that is suitable. There are offered several CRM options.

I want to leverage fields on the Customer profile. For example, if I have Customers in Location X, I want to be able to pull up all issues related to that Location found in the Customer record, rather than having to manually enter it on every issue.
