Account verification email will not disable

Hi,

I have a JIRA SD project in which I need to disable the Account verification email.

The toggle button to disable this options won't stay enabled. I have tried many times to enable it, but as soon as I move to another screen and come back to that one, the toggle disables.

Any suggestions?? Is this a known bug?

Hi,

This did not work for me. We have removed the duplicates as suggested and the problem still persists.

After a while the toggle goes back to disabled and our customers receive the welcome email. It says fixed in the issue, despite this happening.

How can I resolve this? Is atlassian aware of this issue?

PS: I am running JIRA SD 3.14.0
