We would like to add additional members (Share option) while creating Jira Service Desk Ticket using the customer Portal. At present we would be able to add the additional users (Share - Option) after creating the ticket. This step is necessary to reduce additional step.

I think you can only do this with an app(add-on): Extension for JIra service desk.
We have the "share with" field now on the creation screen of the portal using that add-on.
