Hi everyone,
We've recently changed the our project lead in a Service Desk project - however, the automation rules that moves the tickets (i.e. from status > status or closes them, sends out reminder emails etc) are still running in the old project leads name.
Does anyone know how to resolve this. We've scoured Google, the community and documentation and I can't find the answer anywhere unfortunately :(

Unfortunately, I've taken a look at this and we currently only have the following option:
I've matched the new project lead's permissions to the old project leads permissions for this Project but still having problems :(

the new person really needs permission to complete all actions taken by the rule.
One of the most basic is actually having access to JSD, people need to be agents to work on a project.
