Add an automated signature depending on user. 

There are 5-10 different agents in projects.

Hello @[deleted],

You actually don't need any add-on since JSD 3.7: Canned responses for comments. If you're using an earlier version, I'd recommend Canned Responses Pro for Jira - I've used it several times and it always worked well.

Nice, might be useful. Are the Canned Responses connected to one JSD project or Global?

Canned responses provided by JSD are connected to a JSD project, but Canned responses provided by the app can be per project, global or personal.

Might also be worth to note that there are more variables available with the app than with plain JSD (see the list here)

With which canned responses? With the app, yes (see the list mentioned previously); with plain JSD, no (see the doc mentioned previously)
