Automation Rule Help

I am trying to set up automation based on reporter domain. I have set it up as follows

WHEN

Issue is created

IF 

Issue matches Reporter Domain = "com.au"

THEN

Change Client Location "Australia"

When I check the logs is says not executed?

Additional Info:

Reporter Domain is a custom field that pulls the domain from the sender and client location is custom field containing UK and Australia as the options
