Automation Rule doesn't send an email after the Jira Upgrade

Project Setting ---->Automation-----> Rule is defined in such way that if it Satisfies the certain condition 

 

Email must be triggered , we could not receive an email 

 

This Breaks after the Jira Upgrade.

@NGATDev ,

 

I would contact Atlassian Support if you are using the embedded cloud e-mail in your cloud Atlassian service. 

But first check if the Global outgoing e-mail is disabled.

Hello @Benjamin,

thank you for your answer. We are using a data center version of Jira and yes, the outgoing e-mail is enabled. When a comment mentioning a user is added after the issue creation, the user is properly notified.

We apologise that our first description was too brief and this is a question that was duplicated by mistake. Here is the original question.

Is it possible to delete this duplicated question? Thank you in advance for helping us.

You welcome. There is no deletion option. Thanks for the additional info. Looks like the post has the wrong tag as it mention cloud. Would recommend just marking this post as accepted answer, so this can be close out from needing to be further resolved.
