Im trying to use Built-in reports in JIRA Service Desk but i do not see all default reports in JIRA Service Desk except SLA and Sanctification ones.
My goal is to calculate the Average Time from Issue Created to Resolved in Service desk based for a specific issue type.
Best Regards
Chander
Hi Chander,
I believe JSD doesn't have an out of the box solution for you but Enhancer plugin for Jira can easily handle your request.
You can then track the progress in your issues against the average Time to Resolved with our gadgets.
I'm one of the folks in Snapbytes. LEt me know if you have more questions.

Also, you can consider Time between Statuses(Server).
This app lets you view time each service desk ticket moved from one to another status. In your case, you just need to set Issue Created status as start status for the calculation and Resolved - as end status.
You can get the average time using export: it lets you use data at Google Spreadsheets or Microsoft Excel formats for the next calculation and analyses.
Hope it will be useful

Hi Mariana,
Thank you very much for your time .We are using on-Prem Datacenter JSD Version so this plugin is not helpful. Moreover,i'm looking for Dashboard kind of solution so that i can create them and share to different teams to take a look on their progress and lag time , which helps to improve their consistent time delays issues.
Best Regards
