Trying to import comments for tickets here... Working great with the standard "date;author;comment" body format, however, of course my boss's comments are not being imported as Jira can't find his "name" anywhere. I've tested every variant I can think of, but they still don't import for him. Any thoughts as to where I can find out what his "username" for comments is? Not really sure why this is just not the email address.
