At the top of all knowledge base articles, costumers can click on Help Center and go to the Help center main page where they can open the service desks to raise tickets, or use the search bar to look for the articles back on the knowledge bases.
However, I couldn't add a direct link to the main page of the knowledge base.
By customizing the help center I can only change banner, color, logo and texts.
Is there a ways to add links to knowledge bases?
As for as I know, there is no way to do this the way you want to. However, you can add an announcement in each portal with a link to the Knowledge Base home page.
Hope that helps!
Hey Cody,
Thanks for the idea. It was not what I had in mind initially, but it works just fine for what I want.
On the Help Center main page there is also an announcement field. I can add the links there too in addition to the individual portals.
Cheers :)

Hey Gilberto,
I'm glad I could help! Another thing I did in my articles was add something like what I have below to help users move around. In my version, it only helps people get to different portals from the articles but you can definitely add a link to the home page.

Nice! Did you add it to all pages at once? Or manually?
I would worry of having to change it afterwards. Did you use excerpts or something?

So this unfortunately, was a revised version of my "footer" so I did have to go through and manually add it. I also added it to the templates so we didn't have to worry about it for new articles.
Changing the links is definitely a concern but it would take a major change for the links to change. They reference the portals home pages and not individual forms. We tried individual forms at first and that was going to be too much to manage.

It would be very helpful if you could add a link to the Help Center on the Portal landing page. Seems odd that you can't. I guess I too will put it in the announcement.
