Hi, I have a urgent issue..
I am admin in JSD and
I setup Default Notification Scheme for my project, but I can not receive notification after I create/ edit ticket..
I find much error log in "Error queue"...., how do I resolve this case?

What are some of the errors you are seeing?
Have you tried sending yourself a test email? if so, was that successful?

I just resolve this issue 5 mins ago, cause by mail address setup different between system outgoing mail and project notification. NOW I have changed those two place which same mail address, it's work!!

BTW, I have another question: how to send satisfaction mail from JSD,
I turn on Collect customer satisfaction feedback, but I can not receive satisfaction mail after resolve ticket....
