Can the field help text for request field be positioned to the right again?

In a recent update of Jira Service Desk  my request forms has been modified to show the field help undernieth the fields instead of to the right of them as it was previously. 

Can I configure them back to the right position again?

Please excuse my late response.

No, I havn't been able to change the behaviour, and Atlassian hasn't responded either.
