I am looking to edit existing fields on Issue requests to include some new fields. What I want to do is have conditional fields for eg.
Does this need to go into System X? Yes/No
IF YES, then have a few follow-up fields show up for requester to populate.

@Katarzyna I have the free application in my jira cloud app, but when I want to use or make a conditional, many fields appear blocked, what can happen?

Hi @alejandro yudis amaya Bonilla
It's Aleksandra from Deviniti, the vendor of the Extension app 🙂
Could you share more details about the types of fields you're using and some screenshots presenting the ones that are locked in the configuration? I will do my best to assist further!
Cheers,
Aleksandra
