We have JSD and from Customer Portal we would like to allow the customer to be able to save the KB articles either as word or pdf. Any help on how to provide this would be appreciated.

When it comes to export articles from the customer portal, this option is currently not available.
There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

I searched for add-ons, but I didn't find any that has this functionality.
