Change a set of service requests (opened and closed) to a different request type

Is there some way to easily select a number of service requests in a queue and change the service request type?  We are trying to better categorize our requests for our metrics, and have some cleanup to do.  Having to do these one at a time is onerous.

thanks Joshua this is helpful to know.  however it appears that "change request type" isn't one of the options for editing in bulk.

Try a bulk edit and look for the Customer Request Type field. Cheers!
