Create a ticket at assign it to customer

Hi,

I want to create a ticket and then want to response to the customer with an update. So that the person of the organisation get's a mail and see the ticket.

Hi @SMT - Mustafa Demir 

If you set the requester as the customer that you would like then they will receive all the public updates on a ticket.

I have the following fields i see actually. That is: Assignee, Reporter and Request Participants.
