I've created a new custom report in JSD for issues changing status within 8 hours of creation. The report is showing 0 for the past and 229 for today. How do I get it to run correctly and show the SLA by day?

I enabled it today. I expected results from Monday to be correct though?

I'm guessing from your answer that this is a running query, not something done on the fly /on demand.

SLAs do not apply to anything in the past. They start at the time enabled. Please check the result tomorrow and see if you then have 2 days of data.
