Customer Issue View - Column width size

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When it comes to the Customer portal, currently, there are no many options for customization. 

The Requests' page doesn't have option to change the width or add/remove columns. With that said, since the issue key has many characters, it will show as the screenshot you added.

There are many feature requests suggesting improvements for that:

• As a Service Desk admin I would like to customize fields and filtering in the requests page
• Ability to add/remove columns/filters in My Request page
• Need more fields in the 'My Requests' view
• As a SD Customer I'd like the Portal view to expand to the width of the window
• Change columns in Customer Portal
