I'm trying to make the customer portal for customers for a specific project which contains an portal. I have setup the permissions withing the permission scheme but it still does not allow customers in the project to see the portal.
What have I checked so far?
- Customer permissions = set to: Customers who are added to the project can raise a request.
- The customers group are added to the role of: Service Desk Customers.
Am I missing something?

Are those users listed as customers? They should end on that role, yes. But maybe jira needs them listed as customers first
Yes. They are setup as Service Desk Customer but still are not able to view the portal. They can view other portals.

Can you share some images of the setup? Permissions scheme, roles, etc.
If it's working in other portals I would suggest you check for differences

Found the solution @Hernan Halabi - Elite IT Consulting Group , It was a setting in the global configuration, namely: Visibility.
