Hi @Iris Ayelin I noticed that you posted this question in the Jira Software product group but that you refer to the "portal"? Do you mean the customer portal of Jira Service Management?
In Jira Service Management, this is not possible natively.
However, third-party app Extension for Jira Service Management offers the Issue Links feature.
