Do we have anything in jira to log the creation date of custom fields?

I want to know the creation dates of the custom fields in my jira........Can I get them....Please do help with this......

Yes. Check out https://your.jira.url/auditing/view

You should be able to search for "fields" in there and see the info you desire.

Okay, well, then navigate there via the ui.

Open Jira -> go to Administration -> System -> Audit Log -> search for "fields"

and search there.
