Hi
Trying to edit the text on the notification sent out when the service request is created but clicking the Edit link does absolutely nothing. No dialog, no error message or anything that might lead me to where the problem is.
Have anyone else experienced the same problem? Everything else seems to work find and I have the latest version of the Jira Software + Service Desk

Hi @Berndt Johansson - I am assume you are trying to change the Customer Notification Template? I am having no problem editing it. You might need to put in a support ticket with Atlassian here:
Yes, that is what I am trying to do, configure the templates. The templates contains a reference to the portal that we are not using at the moment and the link contains a reference to internal servers that we would not like to be shown in notifications that are sent to the customer.
Looks like something is broken or perhaps related to a configuration error somewhere that I am unable to find. I don't know.
But since you have no problem editing it, it is more likely to be a config error on my installation.
