When you need to go beyond basic filtering for your Queues, the advanced box used to fill in the whole top screen, has been shortened and when I want to filter by Customer Request Type and type in the type I want, I get the green check box, select save, it doesn't save the update. Similar box issues on other parts of Jira when doing syntax for searches.
Hello @Benjamin Daugherty
Sorry to hear you are facing a problem.
I understand you are trying to use the Advanced options to edit one of your queues in Jira SD and the changes are not being applied when you click to save it, however, I didn't understand what do you mean by "the advanced box used to fill in the whole top screen, has been shortened" and "Similar box issues on other parts of Jira when doing syntax for searches". Can you please provide us with some screenshots so we can better understand these two sentences?
Additionally, please provide us with the following information so we can further troubleshoot the issue:

To describe the filter box size here is a pic:
When I try to add Customer Request Type, I get it from a list, choose it and then I don't get any more options. Tried to type it in manually (ie. "Customer Request Type" = "Purchase Request") and it does not save. I can type this using the Search screen and it works fine, but does not save under Queues.
