Just wondering if it's possible to email our customers to alert them of maintenance windows from our service desk. Figured since all of their email addresses have been added to our account, this might be a possibility.

Hey Chantel, totally possible :D (Welcome to the community btw)
You will want to to go service desk settings > Mail section > Send Email
From there you can configure a mass email to anyone in the Service Desk Customers group.

Thanks for the tip. I don't see an option in my groups "Jira Service Desk Customers". Are you using server based edition or Cloud based edition?
