I am having a couple of issues with email integration.
We use O365 for our email server and Mimecast as our email spam filter.
I have run up a test environment and email integration works flawlessly there.
I have just about looked at every troubleshooting article I can find.
Please help!

Hi Carlos, thanks for the link. This article seems to mainly refer to handlers which we don't use. I tried setting up a handler also as per the article and it is still not working.
What I find strange is that it works randomly for emails replies, I can't see any errors on the logs.
