I have set up an outgoing email server (see first image), but I keep getting messages when operating other functions that I have no outgoing email server (following two images). I would like some help or indication of what's going on.
I'd expect that when I add a comment and click share with customer, it would generate an outgoing email, which, even if there was no outgoing email server, would add it to the mail queue (image three). However, I get nothing related to outgoing email.

As per the screenshot, I see that you have enabled the Outgoing Email but you have not configured it. You need to provide the SMTP server and other details. Please click on "Configure new SMTP mail server" and enter the details. Alternatively, you can review this document for the steps.

Thanks, I had previously tested the connection and when I saw 'success', I thought it had been completed, but I had not yet clicked 'add'.
