GPDR.

Dear Community,

we have self-hosted Jira Service Desk (3.5.2, Jira Core 7.3.8). Regarding new GPDR, that will go live at 25 may 2018, we want to be able to inform our customers about Privacy Policy. Is there any way, to add all kind of regulations as a pre-login page? Access to login page should be available only after acceptance. Anyone knows any solution / suggestion for this?

I think you can develop custom plugin with user setting and some filter that will redirect to settings if not accepted. I couldn't find any jira login page UI locations for that purpose.
