Getting error with loading config page

I have installed Jira Service Desk, but can not load the configuration page?

could you check the Jira application log? I'm pretty sure that you'll find more information in the log.

Ok,

you might want to open a support call with Atlassian. A thing you can try before: Uninstall Jira Service Desk & try a reinstall. Did you restart your server after installing JSD? Sometimes this fixes some issues.
