Hello,
If I have set (per accident) a wrong workflow status in a jira service desk request, how can I set this request back to a previous workflow status?
When I have a request it seems that when I select workflow status 'In Progress', that my request is set automatically to 'Close' and at that time I am no longer able to undo the workflow status.

Hi @Peter Smolders,
You need to add a one back word transition from "Close" to "In Progress".

I aadde the Back status in my workflow and now it works just fine and flexible.
