Good evening. I new to Jira. How do you create a flag to warn of story that has not been updated

I tying to flag a story that has not been updated say for a week or 2. Any project that is work progress

You can add a flag to a ticket in Jira in two places

1. On the Board

2. In the Backlog screen

Below is the screenshot which shows you how to add a flag on the board
