For our clients we let them transitions items to certain statuses, however, it makes it messy for our team and they saying it makes it complicated. Is it possible to hide the "transition" labels inside of JSM?

I've attached a screen of those transitions and also my workflow.

Hello @Brandon J_ Steiger ,

you could use workflow Condition. Check out this documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-advanced-issue-workflows/#Advancedworkflowconfiguration-conditions

If you want to hide the transition from all the users, just use "Always False Condition" for needed transitions.

Hope that helps,
Adam

That's not the solution.

Using "Always False Condition" will indeed remove the transitions in the backend. But it will also remove them in the front-end es well, which is not what Brandon wants.

The same with "Hide From User Condition"
