How I can copy a project from one site to another

Project pA is in a free site sA. I want to move pA to a company site sB. Is it possible?

And if not can I see the issues from pA on a board on sB?

You can use the CSV export/import to move your issues between your Jira instances.

The answer suggested by @Deepanshu Natani is currently your best option. 

We are currently working on single project migrations from Server/DC Sites, which will be available around May. We will later be making that available for Cloud sites. 

Another workaround, which is a bit of pain, but you can import both sites into a Server site, and then export and import into your cloud site. It's not ideal, but support will be able to provide some direction on this one if you chose to go down that path.
