How send an email and open a ticket?

Hi i have created a new project. With basic kanban 

(To do, pending, in progress, done columns)

My target is that a ticket is opened automatically when a person send an email to an email address.

Is it possible and where to set this email?

No need to write pop smtp server login password.

I need only to insert in some Jira settings the email address and when someone send an email to this address, a ticket is opened in this new kanban in the "to do" columns

Hello.

You can configure it in the settings of your project> Email requests.

However you have to configure with password etc or else your instance won't be able to get the emails.

Hi, ok it's needed all parameters. 

I have inserted all parameters, and no errors in configuring it

But: I have tried to sens an email but no ticket is shown... what can be the problem?
