Hi i have created a new project and kanban.
I need 2 things.
How can I have that only some users can access to the helpdesk servicedesk and see this new area where open tickets?
Example I have a link and all users login and they now see 5 areas where they can surf and open then a ticket
I need that this new area is seen only by 6 users.

if you want to restrict whole service desk to only couple of customers, you have to first set up Customer permissions. You can do that in Project Settings -> Customer Permissions -> choose Customers who are added to the project.
Then add the customers in the Customers section (in the left panel).
If you want to restrict certain request types / groups to a specific users, I don't think that is possible in Jira Service Desk, but you can achieve that with Extension for Jira Service Desk plugin.

hi it works. another question:
if I login with a customer allowed, ok he can enter, but if he clicks on "support center" (in italian: centro assistenza, he can browse other service requests
how is it possible ha cannot see other service requests, who are from other projetcs?
I attach 2 images: if the user click on centro assistenza, he will see all service areas of other projects (office, marketing, IT, Business, etc...)

sorry for the delay, busy week.
The procedure will be similar then - you need to go to the projects you do not want the customer to see (Business Service Desk, Marketing, ...) and restrict Customer permissions to only Customers who are added to the project.
Then only users which are added to that specific project will see it.
