When issue is assigned to me, i can change issue status using "Workflow" button. But not all statuses are available there - only Escalte, Resovle this issue, Cancel Request, Pending.
Is it possible to change status to ""Waiting for customer"? It seems that if i using answer with plugin "Mail attachments for Jira" Automated transition doesn't work.

So you'll need to look at the workflow to see where there are transitions into the status, and what conditions are on them.
That sounds like your workflow does not have a transition from the current status to "waiting for customer".
